Each business is different, as each business owner is different. How to optimize your business will be different from any other so expecting the same results from how other businesses are operated and managed is a fail-point.
I’ve taken a different perspective on how to optimize your business. Everyone can tell you how to optimize generally and use examples of why some businesses have succeeded. However, I’m sure you’ve realized that this approach doesn’t work very often, and you waste your time, energy, money, and resources to try and make it work – without success. There’s no secret, however you need to realize that the approach and perspectives are wrong from the start.
Initially, you’ll learn how to identify your (either business or personal) shortcomings, issues, barriers, processes and expectations, and how to break them down. Once you’ve got a clear picture (or it has come into focus like a stereogram), you’ve then enabled yourself to have a clear road forward. Only then can you move forward without the anchors holding you back.
In the same process, you can also use the same practices to identify and streamline your business for optimal performance and outcome.
