Directive: I work with small business owners and management to triple business* by reviewing the ‘in-place’ business model and structure, interviewing the owner(s) and management, and determining strategic and targeted business weaknesses requiring improvement. This is a starting point for discussion on aligning ambitions and goal setting, as well as moving forward with changes to enable them.

Often, the top 3 issues that are holding you back are not the real issues. Business owners and management very often become stuck and need an outside perspective to get through the barriers where they themselves may be the root cause. By performing interviews of the respective business owner or management, and sometimes staff, the results provide a clear view of where change is required.
